Bodhi Tree Dhamma Center is a suburban meditation center on Florida's Central Gulf coast. The one acre grounds feature a meditation hall, areas for outside walking meditation, a bookstore, and a specimen of the Bodhi Tree. Although Theravadan in orientation, the center also hosts teachers from other traditions. Intensive retreats are offered periodically.

Circle of Vipassana (Largo, FL, USA)
We are a small but dedicated sangha meeting sometimes in private homes, sometimes in a local yoga studio. We sit in a circle to emphasize the fact that we are a community of practictioners who come together to reinforce each other's commitment to regular practice. Several times a year we offer a one-day retreat. Every winter we have an intensive weekend retreat in some remote part of Florida, led by Bhante Gunaratana (Bhavana Society), author of Mindfulness in Plain English. The weekly sitting group is designed for experienced students, but instruction is available for beginners.
